Medical Healthcare for People on the Move: Addressing the issue of Power Dynamic

The situation at Europe’s external borders has been precarious for years. Increasing isolation, criminalisation and a lack of media attention mean that the situation of people on the move on the European periphery is increasingly being forgotten. In this presentation, we want to provide information about the situation using Greece as an example and highlight opportunities for support. At the same time, we would like to take a critical look at volunteer work in this context and point out the dangers of possible dependency and power relations.
